The fan is one of the indispensable core equipment in the scrubber system. Its main function is to provide power for the gas to flow. In the scrubber, the fan draws or delivers air to allow the exhaust gas to enter the tower body and fully contact with the scrubbing liquid in the tower, thereby removing pollutants.
Induced draft fan (installed at the outlet of the scrubber): forms negative pressure in the tower to prevent leakage of untreated exhaust gas, and extracts and discharges the purified gas at the same time, which is suitable for toxic and harmful exhaust gas treatment scenarios.
Supply fan (installed at the inlet of the scrubber): presses the exhaust gas into the tower through positive pressure, which is suitable for scenarios with low exhaust gas concentration and no strong corrosiveness, and can reduce direct contact between the fan and pollutants and extend its service life.
