BST's corrosion-resistant centrifugal blower is an industrial ventilation equipment designed for highly corrosive environments. Its core function is to solve the emission problems of corrosive media such as acid mist, alkali mist, salt mist and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in chemical, electroplating, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment and other scenes through stable airflow delivery, while ensuring the long-term stable operation of the equipment. The product adopts multi-material adaptation, corrosion-resistant structural design and special surface treatment process, and has strictly passed the salt spray test (≥1000 hours), acid and alkali immersion test and other verifications. It is widely used in industrial waste gas treatment, chemical workshop ventilation, environmental protection equipment and other fields. It is a key equipment for ventilation and air exchange in highly corrosive scenes.
1. Stainless steel series: 316L stainless steel (or 304 stainless steel optional), the surface is passivated, resistant to medium and low concentration acid and alkali corrosion such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid (dilute), sodium hydroxide, etc., suitable for ventilation of chemical workshops and pharmaceutical equipment.
2. FRP series: thermosetting resin (epoxy resin/vinyl ester) + glass fiber reinforcement, resistant to strong acid and alkali (such as concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid), strong oxidizing media (such as sodium hypochlorite solution), suitable for electroplating tanks, pickling tanks and waste gas treatment.
3. Epoxy resin coating series: carbon steel substrate + epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat (thickness>120ym), resistant to salt spray corrosion (>1500 hours), suitable for salt spray/humid environments such as sewage treatment plants and garbage transfer stations.
4. Special scenes can customize ceramic coatings, nickel-based alloys (such as Hastelloy C276) and other super corrosion-resistant materials. Anti-corrosion structural design to extend service life. The impeller and casing adopt an integrated molding process (without welds) to avoid the risk of stress corrosion at metal welding points. Key components (such as bearing seats and motor junction boxes) adopt an independent sealed cabin design and are filled with acid-resistant and alkali-resistant sealants (such as silicone sealants) to prevent the infiltration of corrosive media. The air inlet/outlet is equipped with an insect-proof net + guide plate (the material is the same as the fan body) to reduce the entry of large particles and reduce the risk of wear and corrosion.
5. High efficiency and energy saving, adapted to complex working conditions, the impeller adopts a backward curved three-dimensional flow design, the air flow efficiency is >80% (10%-15% higher than ordinary centrifugal fans), and maintains stable power output in corrosive gases. Matching marine-grade explosion-proof motors (optional), protection level IP55/IP66, insulation level F, suitable for corrosive mixed gas scenes containing VOCs and dust. Supports variable frequency control (equipped with marine/industrial frequency converters), dynamically adjusts the speed according to the exhaust gas concentration and pipeline resistance, and the energy saving rate is more than 25%.
6. Low noise operation to improve the working environment: The impeller and casing adopt streamlined shaping + sound-absorbing cotton filling technology, the overall noise is <80dB (1 meter away from the equipment)
