1. High-efficiency centrifugal impeller
Adopts forward multi-wing impeller + three-dimensional flow aerodynamic design, blade angle and curvature are optimized by CFD simulation, and the air volume and air pressure are well balanced; the impeller is made of aluminum alloy (or high-strength engineering plastic), which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, and does not deform during long-term operation, ensuring stable suction.
2. Low-noise vibration reduction system
● The dynamic balance accuracy of the impeller reaches G2.5 level, reducing high-speed rotation vibration.
● Equipped with elastic shock-absorbing base (rubber/spring composite structure) to reduce equipment resonance.
● The outer shell adopts porous sound-absorbing cotton + metal guard plate composite structure, which has significant noise suppression effect.
3. Intelligent dust-proof design
